 Simraw PIT is a world-class immersive motion simulation Experience Center and Solution Provider.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our motion simulation experiences, VR-based activities, and all related services. By accessing our facilities or using our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our cancellation policy.
Customers must provide accurate information during booking.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

Experience Guidelines
Users must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our staff.
Participants must be at least 13 years old. Minors require parental consent.
Users must be in good health. Those with medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, epilepsy, motion sickness) should consult a doctor before participating.
Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry without a refund.
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence.

Liability Waiver
By participating, users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with motion simulation and VR experiences.
We are not liable for any injuries, discomfort, or damages incurred during or after the experience.
Users accept full responsibility for their actions within the experience center.

 

Intellectual Property
All content, including simulations, VR experiences, branding, and marketing materials, remains the intellectual property of [Your Experience Center Name].
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy
We collect personal data for booking purposes and service improvements.
Your information is never shared with third parties without consent.

Code of Conduct
Users must respect staff, fellow participants, and equipment at all times.
Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund, subject to a processing fee.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours  before PIT time.
No-shows/absense are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
